PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

It is free, the remote connection is stable and fast, no stuttering or connection drops. The number of basic features suits any small support-team that occasionally does remote assistance.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The interface is a bit complicated for a simple and fast remote support solution, as the service claims itself to be. But after dealing with registration, first set up and unskipable onboarding , it works good.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

It definitely lacks multi-user support and client-sharing. If you need to forward the client you support to another specialist, you can't do so. Also, lack of 3rd party integrations, with helpdesk, slack, jira can be a decision-maker in favor of the competition.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It integrated well into both our internal remote management processes (like update or install software on remote employees' computers) as well as occasional remote support for our clients.
