PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

As the review title says, its basically a solid, simple and decently packed remote desktop control tool, which is literally free of charge. Without any annoying ads or anything like that. Certainly some paid plans will be introduced latter down the road, but so far it is a very recommendable solution.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

More advanced team-based functionality would be a great addition, as current set of features is rather limited. There is no way to share the screen with other team members, or transfer the client to them.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Connection with a unique ID or password, like in TeamVeiwer would be useful, to work with personal computers, or support-clients on the phone-call.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We mostly use helpdesk and email support methods for customer service, but occasional technical issues require deeper analysis and debugging by our developers directly on the clients\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\' PCs. Free tool like that, that allows to keep client contacts organized in the web account, is a great instrument for that purpose.
