What are the best aspects of this product?

Hemlane is an affordable and transparent property management tool for active investors. I travel a lot for business, and I can manage my 4 unit complex from anywhere in the world. Hemlane provides me with real-time updates on maintenance, tenant communication, rent collection, and facilitates interaction with local agents and 3rd party vendors when I need them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The Hemlane property management platform is very user friendly and intuitive. The company is constantly improving existing features based on client feedback, or rolling out new tools to solve additional property management challenges.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Since the Hemlane product is cloud based, it would be helpful to see continued integration with existing mobile tools , accounting software, and the continued roll out of additional analytical tools to track performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hemlane has helped to facilitate more efficient tenant communication, maintenance service requests, leasing turnover, and tenant acquisition and verification. It has helped to streamline my property management process as an active real-estate investor, and use technology to reduce my time spent on nettlesome, yet routine activities.
