What are the best aspects of this product?
Hey Oliver offers analytics and automation tools that I haven’t been able to use with the previous systems I chose. I really like the Lead Funnel, from which I can instantly get a view of my hottest leads and transfer them to my sales team. Also, support is one of the main reasons that I will keep using the tool.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I would like it if Hey Oliver’s panel was simpler and more explanatory so that I can navigate through it more easily.
