What are the best aspects of this product?

I love that it combines the features of my favorite tools: chat with Kanban-based task management.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The lack of a desktop app, but I've got the news that soon it will be able for desktop and mobile.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

Searching messages you've sent, messages and files in a specific channel, all direct messages that have been sent to you will be really useful.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Jumping between tools to collaborate efficiently. Before we started using HeySpace, we used three other apps, and it caused lots of misunderstandings, we often forgot about the crucial tasks. Now we have one software that combines the features that are essential to us.
