PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

I love its simplicity and easy to use. We can easily start calls and using the app on our mobile device or computer. We don’t even have to use the device because we are allowed to mix and match the way we want. We are able to have calls without using the actual unit. This is great because everyone within the company gets free account.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could implement yearly subscription per unit, for example, $1200 yearly and we can set up an account for everyone, without some monthly costs.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Our clients are everywhere, and I love the ability to set up an account for them and use same service so we can better collaborate and talk between each other.
