Great solution for creating meeting

What are the best aspects of this product?

HighFive is easy to install and easy to setup the meeting. All our users are happy with this tool, especially because they don’t have to set up the process in order to start with the meeting. It is affordable and does the job.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can be little difficult for some users to switch back and forth with those who are presenting and sharing. When you click on a meeting it take a little bit to start, and the user may be little anxious and they start clicking the link once again. They could rename “Video Call” with “Create a Video Meeting” because our users are confused when they want to create a video call, the share screen to Tv options can be also quite confusing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We were searching for a solution that would allow us to hold meetings on our two locations we have, and the one of these locations is oversees. I have to say that by now HighFive does the job. We have some suggestions we would like to see in near future.
