What are the best aspects of this product?

This software is easy to use and easy to set up. It supports various platforms and it supports participants by using various connection speeds. We can easily manage the room cameras from our phone, laptop or desktop. The sharing of information is easy and great. It has great support team that are always there to help you and answer all your questions regarding the software.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be great if they could improve the authorization of the device. There is no passwords authentication and the joining is via email link.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is great tool for improving collaboration between teams. Our employees are more engaged during the meetings, the good thing is that everyone can join the meeting no matter where they live across the globe. It helps us to improve the staff quality. We use it for hiring process by doing video calls, we can easily connect with other members and leaders.
