What are the best aspects of this product?

Highfive works great, the voice quality is great and clear. It is easy to use and you can send URL link for joining the conference. The set up in each room is within minutes. Users are allowed to use their device in order to join and perform on the meeting. Video conferencing, wireless TV projection and remote screen sharing is all in and from one place. It doesn’t requites PIN codes nor attendees IDs and passwords.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I cannot move the “picture-in-picture” window and to switch the presentation view to other large camera view. It lacks recording functionality. There are no pin codes and meeting IDs and passwords and this means that someone can eavesdrop the whole meeting.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to share knowledge, information, experience, work on some ideas and so one. The cost saving is great for the remote users.
