PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

The whole TV video conference equipment was easy to login and set it up. The mobile versions is great and it allowed our users to login without any problems. We can easily interview candidates and invite external vendors to the video conference.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I’m concern of its signal, because sometimes we would start out smoothly but when one participant starts to lose the signal the video quality suffers. The audio continues great but we have problem with the video. There are no options to low the video quality manually so we can improve the performance.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it to interview candidates and internal group meetings. It’s great tool for presenting something new and the whole presentation is on the large TV screen across the conference rooms. We use its functions for sharing and to switch between video and screen share.
