PROS & CONS

What are the best aspects of this product?

HighFive is extremely easy to use, the installation is easy and it takes less than 10 minutes. You can operate it from Windows and Mac. Also, I love the screen sharing options, I am able to share what’s on my screen with my group. It’s very helpful because we can arrange meetings even with the team that are geographically far away.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

This app needs much power in order to run smoothly, but many of our users have Core i5-powered MacBook Air and if the users has other app running in the background along with Highfive that they have to reboot their device or close the apps.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We are using it for managing communications, training meetings, to solve various problem operations with East and West Coast facilities, we are able to work on strategic plans for the company. We are using it for everything, and we don’t have to email or call each of them. It saves lot of time, energy and money.
