What are the best aspects of this product?

Highrise is awesome CRM software, it’s like Fcb for CRM. I’ve used SalesForce, but I decided to transfer to Highrise, and I am very satisfied with my decision. This software costs less and works like a free version of SalesForce. It is very flexible tool, and allows me to use tag features, and this tool works great for my team.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes by now. I love the price and the flexibility of Highrise.

Yes, this product is cheap but provides me with every feature I need.
