What are the best aspects of this product?

This is great CRM tool that is similar to Fcb for CRM. I switched from Salesforce to Highrise and I can say that I’m happy with my choice. It is cost effective solution and it works exactly as Salesforce free version. Flexible solution with great set of features and it meets all our professional needs.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It is both time and cost effective system, I haven’t run into something that I might dislike about it.

It has every feature I need so I can do my job for less money.
