What are the best aspects of this product?

Highrise is very intuitive and user-friendly software, you don’t need to waste time on trainings because it’s easy to use. The good thing is that helps us with all the basics we need.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We don’t have dislikes by now. We love the updates and features.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

This is a simple, intuitive and web-based tool, and we are using it anywhere. Highrise helps us to track new leads, get reports and pull data from past pursuits. We managed to integrate with Easy Insights so we can expand the reporting potential and analytical capabilities for our management team.
