What are the best aspects of this product?

With Highrise we can import and export contacts and data effortlessly and we can even customize fields for companies and contacts. I can keep track of progress through mobile app on my iPhone. The price is great, $50 for 6 individuals. Isn’t it wonderful?

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It can run slow on mobile device (iPhone) if you have lot of contacts.
