What are the best aspects of this product?

Highrise is intuitive and easy to use application, it allows you to import and export contacts and data easily, and you are able to customize fields for companies and contacts. You can check your progress via iPhone when you are on the go. I love the price of Highrise, 50$ for a user including 6 individuals.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The app is slow on iPhone if you have lot of contacts. For e.g. we have more than 6k contacts and it can be really slowly when we use it via iPhone.
