What are the best aspects of this product?
This is wonderful tool for managing large client bases. We are able to manage more than 400 different accounts throug Highrise and all of them have different needs and they are in different stages of their company life cycle.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There is still manual entry, they need to improve this one because lot of products do the things automatically.

It keeps us informed on client interactions, overall communiation and their needs.
