What are the best aspects of this product?

First of all, I like the organization of Highrise. It is user friendly system that keeps me well organized with all my tasks. I can keep track of others progress and projects and I can keep track of everyone’s dashboard. We are all well informed and we can share experience and docs with each others.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t really like the constant notification on my email about the tasks that need to be done, I know that i can turn this off.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to be organized and updated on mutual clients and everyone is well informed about every situation within the office. We can answer questions to our clients and all the information is in one place including website info, logins, contact info and etc.
