What are the best aspects of this product?

I like that it keeps everyone updated and well informed about clients. We are using it for 6 years by now and I’m really happy that they have improved the product over the years. We have clients that constantly go back and forth and the good thing is that wnehever they return to us we alkready have their information.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Sometimes it can be hard to look at client notes when there is huge amount of notes about specific client.

It helps us to keep track of client and vendor contact information and contact history. We are able to improve our customer service and to be more organized and put all the information in perfect order and in one place.
