What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I was happy with how Hightail delivered to my needs. Although I did not find anything unusual or a limitation, it was probably because I used the basic features. It might have some things that need improving when you get to the advanced features.

It has a higher deliverability as compared to other file managing tools like Sendspace. You are able to send files to clients and they can download them without any ads tagged on them.
