Little or no training is required to use this tool. It has a simple layout and when downloading files, you only have to click the link that comes up. Customers can send links to files they want you to have via Hightail and download them smoothly without issues. When compared with other sites that offer the similar functions, Hightail gives a clean and error free download process.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The issues with this tool are limited as it offers quality transfer of files. However, a one-time case, there was an issue uploading a file on the system and that was it. Other than that, it has been smooth all along.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The learning curve is not there. The tool is simple which makes customers to get started right away on how to send and receive files using Hightail. Only a walk through is required to help our customers understand how to use the software. From there, you can receive work from your clients with ease.
