Helpful and easy to use transfer solution

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hightail has great security tools so they can make better user experience while transferring the documents and files. The UI is simple and straightforward, it offers easy to use tool and informative notifications. It works great and effectively without any bugs or issues.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It doesn’t support many common file types so this limits the user experience. In addition, the log-in process can be frustrating if the user is not familiar with it. And other thing that I don’t like about this tool is the fact that it doesn’t allow me to view a file before downloading it.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I found it helpful when transferring Microsoft word and excel documents to my co-workers. It saves lot of time and it makes things easier when sharing important information with others.
