Hightail is perfect solution for sharing files, no set up required and no issues to face with

What are the best aspects of this product?

HighTail is easy to use and it has simple interface and we haven’t experienced any problem with downloading files from our customers’ link. I tried other solution but I had issues with downloading process and they don’t give you a warning that the problem exists. Thankfully, I haven’t experienced any kind of issues with this tool.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Within 3 years of using this program we had only one issue with uploading a file and we haven’t experienced this since then.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The program is simple to use so we don’t have to explain or teach our customers to use this program so they can upload/download a file. There are no setting required, all you have to do is to send a link and there you go.
