I highly recommend HighTail to everyone who needs to share large files

What are the best aspects of this product?

The process of sending files through Hightail is simple and intuitive one. As a graphic designer we often work with large files that cannot be send through email. With a link I am able to send large file and to be sure that those files are safe and secure. I like the instructional video when entering the site.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I don’t have dislikes about this program, it works great for now.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps me to send large files. Lot of my clients don’t have enough budget to send unstable hard drives across the country, and here comes Hightail with its functionality and features.
