The ease of use of the tool makes it reliable to all our customers. Since we are involved in sending and receiving files from clients, Hightail has become a key figure in our work. It gives a professional look as we can transfer files and know when the customer has clicked on the link to the file.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

When you look at the design of Hightail and compare it with that of Dropbox, it is not that appealing. However, the functionality and features of the tool are a top-notch with regard to the experiences we have had.

It offers a secure channel on which you can transfer sensitive files to your clients. As most communication channels cannot handle large files, Hightail offers a solution to that limitation as you can send large files that your inbox cannot handle. This allows us to easily manage projects and maintain high level of professionalism. Its simplicity of use makes it possible even technologically challenged customers to send and receive files without much effort thereby saving time and money.
