Hightail offers that security and confidential for the files we send and receive. It keeps everything organized giving our business the needed boost.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The software crashes, at times, which can be annoying and slows down everything. The issues with the app not being compatible with certain firewalls makes it waste some time before it can get started. This proves to be a drawback all the same.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has helped us to be more organized than before. With our multiple clients and hundreds of files to transfer, Hightail has managed to keep us organized and clean. When you compare with applications such as Dropbox, the former is more secure and thus ideal for any business.
