Creating tasks and subtasks--organized and easier to track.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Extensive to the point that it confuses me sometimes. It sends me notifications on tasks I unassigned myself to.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Improved communication with inter-departmental projects; able to put comments on the tasks.
