Loving my Hive!

What are the best aspects of this product?

Hive is a great platform for managing your team, especially during this pandemic. We get to assign tasks and quick action cards for ad hoc work while maintaining the tracking of routine tasks. What I love about Hive is its ability to break down a big project into smaller tasks so it's easier to follow and easier to track. Plus, it's easy to navigate on and easy to train new users to use them.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

It would be a great help to have an organized method of viewing the status of tasks, like not started, ongoing, completed; a method of adding followers or having an employee/manager follow a task so that they would know that there is someone already doing a certain action card, and to just have a dashboard which summarizes the progress of assignments.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hive helped our company to keep track of our schedule. We get to prioritize tasks according to the deadline and complexity of a project. Overall, Hive improved our productivity and efficiency.
