What are the best aspects of this product?
Hive provides everything that I am looking for in a project management application-- project-based action cards, time tracking, analytics, email integration, and team and project chat. Compared to how we do projects before with other management tools, Hive provides ease and smooth flow on tracking projects and communicating with teams within the project. Looking at these benefits, it has a reasonable price as well. What strikes me is the efficiency of their support team. I reported a bug in their system once and in just hours it was fixed. They know how to take care of their stakeholders and clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
Assigning labels and tags to projects. It is a hassle to assign a label to a subtask I need to assign it first to the main task. It is a small thing but sometimes it is frustrating.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Communication. With Hive email integration, I can assign emails/tasks to a developer and see their status and communication with other departments/colleagues. It saves time and effort on both parties on looking at the status of the project.
