What are the best aspects of this product?

I taught my staff how to use Hiver and reassign the emails in most times. I am a very busy person, so I cannot tend to this matter all the time. The good thing about Hiver is that it's so intuitive that everyone in my team learned how the plugin works by merely explaining it to them in one go.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

One of the most common issues of this plugin is that it disappears on Gmail for no reason. It happened to me several times already, and the only solution is to re-install it. It's not much of an issue to deal with, but I don't appreciate the inconvenience. We have to be careful about the deleting of essential emails because it would be difficult to retrieve it once you press the button, so you need to think twice if the item is worth deleting already or not.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I no longer have to worry about emails piling up in my inbox. I can now rely on my team to work on these emails and distribute the workload amongst themselves. I trust that they can continue their tasks even if I am not around most of the time to supervise them. But at the end of the day, I make sure to check their emails to make sure that issues are being resolved the way that it should be done.
