Pros:
There's no such thing as a traditional email concept. That means no longer dealing with every inbox that's an info silo for a single person. Sharing inboxes makes complete sense for sharing knowledge and collaboration. Hiver allows for automated sharing and organization of e-mails across the organization. I wish such functionality is something that G-mail or other Google apps should have.

Cons:
There's still that uncertainty at the initial part as to how we can properly structure and name the labels being shared.

Pros:
There are so many things to love with Hiver. For one, I'm able to make pre-made templates. This saved me a lot of time. I can finally share the same project my team is currently working on. I can share certain templates for specfic people, which means relevant individuals can be included into the list whenever new members of the team join in.

Cons:
Whenever you get a number of templates, checking on which individual has access to certain templates can be really hard to spot. You'll need to open every e-mail template. Only then can you figure out who is gets shared on it. It can be time wasting whenever a team makes changes on a project.
