PROS: All in all, Hiver is a functional and well thought-out tool. It's able to integrate seamlessly with GMail. It fosters enhanced productivity by means of information sharing and collaboration. Asdie from its label-sharing capabilities, I like its shared templates since it puts all shared company e-mail templates in one convenient location. Their customer service is really the best in its class!

CONS: There's nothing to hate with Hiver. I've been making use of it since back in the day. It's growing steadily and adding in new and useful features constantly. In general, it gave me zero problems. It's hard to say anything negative about it. It does what it says on the tin.

PROS: There are so many things to love with Hiver. For one, I'm able to make pre-made templates. This saved me a lot of time. I can finally share the same project my team is currently working on. I can share certain templates for specfic people, which means relevant individuals can be included into the list whenever new members of the team join in.

CONS: Whenever you get a number of templates, checking on which individual has access to certain templates can be really hard to spot. You'll need to open every e-mail template. Only then can you figure out who is gets shared on it. It can be time wasting whenever a team makes changes on a project.

PROS: Hiver did a tremendous job uniting our team communications in one communication source. It allowed us to respond significantly to our clients with a complete history of communication. This can be made possible regardless of a certain correspondence from the person. In our consultation practice, understanding the info given, by whom, and when is essential. It ensures clients our guided and can be responded to that continually progresses with our project development.

CONS: The constantly changing nature happening in our projects had us re-classify and sort out our communications frequently. This pushed our teams to make priorities. At times, lags are experienced between the intial part of such changes in the Hiver admin UI. It also affects the visual aspects from the user's end. This small issue is easily offset by the system's numerous benefits.

PROS: There's no such thing as a traditional email concept. That means no longer dealing with every inbox that's an info silo for a single person. Sharing inboxes makes complete sense for sharing knowledge and collaboration. Hiver allows for automated sharing and organization of e-mails across the organization. I wish such functionality is something that G-mail or other Google apps should have.

CONS: There's still that uncertainty at the initial part as to how we can properly structure and name the labels being shared.

PROS: Nowadays, it difficult to determine how much access an employee should be given between accounts. Restricting certain accessibility can lead to hindered productivity. Offering too much access prevents autonomy. It's an excellent compromise having Hiver as our middle man. Hiver enabled me to look into up-to-date conversations my colleagues were having without going through all the trouble of bccing/ccing.

CONS: At times, sharing labels often point to a messy inbox. It'd be nice to set up filters --- a feature seen in GMail.

PROS: I find this to be really user-friendly. That means all employees are able to utilize this immediately. No training is needded. What's more, admins can easily utilize this. Customer support is blazing fast.

CONS: I can't think of anything else to hate. This platform was able to do what's supposed to.
