What are the best aspects of this product?
One of the things that made me decide to work with Hiver is their support team's efficiency. They have always got my back whenever I experience issues in handling bulk emails. Also, I can easily see each email's status from my inbox without the need to open the contents. If I have questions, it allows me to start a conversation or leave notes, so the matter gets addressed right away. It may not be a perfect product as of this moment, but it can go a long way as long as the team behind Hiver continues to be an advocate for their clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
System issues can happen from time to time, but the good thing is that we are given a heads up ahead of time. In case this happens, I need to be more vigilant in checking the status of my emails more frequently because some of them get closed off automatically.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We now make sure that we give each email that we receive the time and attention it deserves. The sender should expect a prompt reply from us in less than 24 hours.
