What are the best aspects of this product?

Now that we have Hiver, we are continually looking for ways to improve the way w do things in our department. My team and I gather together once a week to develop better ideas to solve recurring issues and reduce turn around time. I don’t have to micro-manage my team because I can easily see their output through Hiver.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I handle a large team, so I cannot assign all of the emails by myself because I would end up doing that one specific task every day. My assistant sometimes has to do it on my behalf. But it would be better if the emails won’t have to go through my inbox, but instead, it should go straight to the person in charge of solving a specific issue. If this becomes possible, then my assistant and I won’t have to deal with reassigning tasks every day.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hiver helps me maximize the productivity of each of my team members. Every person has their own set of responsibilities, accountabilities, and expertise, so they can work and resolve problems with very minimal supervision only. In case that they are having a hard time fixing a particular issue, then they can always consult with our department SME to ask for advice.
