What are the best aspects of this product?
I find this to be really user-friendly. That means all employees are able to utilize this immediately. No training is needded. What's more, admins can easily utilize this. Customer support is blazing fast.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I can't think of anything else to hate. This platform was able to do what's supposed to.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
Before I settled with Hiver, we had to save each e-mail within our servier in a certain project folder. If someone wanted to be notified, we'd have to forward the e-mail to that person. We felt this was a waste of time. Not all of our employees are capable of archiving e-mails. Hiver has made it simple in dividing mailboxes into project labels and sharing them relevant individuals tasked for every project.
