What are the best aspects of this product?

Homebase is a solution that allows you to create your own schedule and manage your timesheets as well as your time clock on a single platform. With this, your employees can lodge requests for leaves, shift exchanges, and availability of sets from the mobile app or from the browser application. The built-in messaging system is also a wonderful addition.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

We experienced issues with the time-off requests and scheduling conflicts of employees that do not reflect accurately on the calendar on the day they were supposed to be not available for work.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

The work scheduling feature has been a huge help and it has reduced my stress in finding available employees to cover shifts because each worker can share their availabilities. This has also made it easier for everyone to contact colleagues because of the internal messaging app.
