A wonderful application for small for-profit organizations

What are the best aspects of this product?

The best thing about Hombase is it has aided me in organizing employee's shift schedules. I also like that the application makes it easy for me to create copies or to move the existing schedule.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only thing that I do not like about Homebase so far is that only general managers have access to the schedules of all departments. This is very limiting since there are times when business units may need to 'borrow' employees from other sections. Because of this limitation, it is hard to avoid overtime scheduling.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

We have greatly benefited from the employee logins and logouts as well as the monitoring of interns' hours.
