What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the reliability of this app, as someone working in HR you don't have to worry about tracking employees‘ time as everything is automated once you have the employee's profile in your database.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

The only problem we have is creating inputs if employees’ can't come to work, they always fail to notify me as they get lost in the process.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

For someone working in HR, it's a sigh of relief not to worry about the veracity of the record. Time shifts became more manageable as you can view the workers' schedule with a bigger picture to forecast workload. The time shifts also notify your employees when they have a new schedule, which lessens confusion on their end.
