What are the best aspects of this product?

Perfect for those who work at home, this app is pretty convenient as everything from scheduling and assigning task can all be done in one location. The app’s support system is also accessible and engaging, I had trouble once with the app and they were able to fix it in a jiffy.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Personally, I think the app can improve if it has its own database so that I can easily access my contacts’ information. They can also improve on the accessibility of work schedules of my staff as I find it cumbersome to pull out.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

By turning to this app I was able to cut costs on my labor as I myself can manage my own business without the need for another hand. Plus, I can always check on my employees while I’m at home.
