What are the best aspects of this product?
Did you know that there is a free package that doesn't cut access to any of the marvelous features? Obviously, the heaviness of the workload you're trying to push through will depend on it, but functionality won't. I loved the tool from the very first moment, so I switched to the Pro Package and I gave my company all the functionality it needed. We access all our Twitter accounts at once, being able to follow the streams and the conversations, and it puts us in a very good position for building real-time conversations with out clients.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
I don't understand why the tool is no longer integrated with Facebook, that was one of the assets I liked the most. My affection for social networks is rather personal than professional, and I'd introduce even Instagram scheduling if I had the power. This way, I'm only alerting partners to post something, and that's a fair limitation of my capacity.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We used to manage Twitter handles through their native platform, and that was painful, to say at least. We've housed all to dos in Hootsuite now, and all it takes is to choose an option for a dropdown menu. You wouldn't believe how much time we're saving, and I could also say that about money because the Pro Package is not expensive at all.
