What are the best aspects of this product?

It helps you to oversee all your social media campaigns. When it comes to posting content, you do not have to wait until it is the time to post, then you proceed to post. You can schedule those posts to automatically post themselves at a particular date and time. This saves the time and effort you would have used to post them yourself. It helps you to keep track of the posts you have scheduled to go live on a particular date, your profile, events and tweets. In short, you get to be updated about the activities around your posts and social media accounts.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Although it is designed to automatically post content that is scheduled at a particular date, it fails to do so for some. This is especially the case if you are scheduling posts in bulk. Let’s say, 500 scheduled posts. All of them will not go live and possibly 1 among 500 posts will not be posted automatically. This can be annoying as it will be difficult to trace which post did not go live when it was supposed to. When it comes to Instagram, the automated scheduling of posts does not work. You have to do it manually which can take the most out of your valuable time.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It has made the work of managing social media accounts easy. The scheduling process is top notch as you do not have to always check your social media account or worry about when to post. You do not have to access your social media accounts to see when and how you will post content. For example, you can spend a few hours scheduling posts for the next one or two weeks. This means that, for the next two weeks, you do not have to post a single content on social media accounts. It not only saves the time but also the effort. It does the work for you, which gives you more time to think about other productive things.
