What are the best aspects of this product?
The scheduling capacity is amazing, it doesn't restrict you at all to record and post tweets, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google + posts (and it doesn't take time!). Posting and tracking performance is not the only assignment I have, so I am honestly benefiting from such easy and simple social activity. There is a new Auto Schedule button that I adore-it allows me to decide how many times I want my post to be seen, and I thought this was not possible. Guess what? It is!
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The dashboard is far from perfect, but you still get to appreciate it in the lack of a more synchronized solution. I mind, for instance, that I cannot track separate Twitter parties, or their hashtags in larger streams. As a result, I can't answer on time, and this is not something Twitter parties should be facing.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
We are running a social media monitoring business, but we're trying to appear more advanced that our competitors by building quality social media interactions. Having Hootsuite was a facilitating solution, mostly because it tracks interactons over the content that has been shared. For me, it is the 'one and only' solution to shedule tweets in advance, and to let customers understand the value of our company without taking too much of their time.
