What are the best aspects of this product?

This is wonderful tool and it is simple to use. I like that they breka down the reports in small pieces so they can be even more understandable. I really love doing my job through Hoovers, because the data is accurate, and you can search by lot of criteria.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Hm, I cannot think of something that I might dislike about this tool.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It helps us to solve lot of business problems because we are able to gather valuable information that we use for prospecting. It provides us with news and company data and we are able to use all this information to solve problems for my customers and help them to better organize their businesses.
