What are the best aspects of this product?

Hoovers is quick and robust software that works perfectly. Data entry process can’t be easy enough.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

To be honest, I don't like the idea of contact credit system, because in order to purchase e-mail addresses I need credits to cover each e-mail. And if there is a large company within my search list that has for e.g. 80 e-mail addresses for its employees then I’m going to need 80 credits in order to cover those. It takes so much time to perform simple task.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I use leads for my marketing team. This product offers e-mail addresses and company information and this is very helpful for me to do all the marketing tasks I need to do.
