What are the best aspects of this product?

I like the “Build a list” feature. Also, it offers lot of search criteria which is extremely valuable especially when searching for specific companies. It saves lot of time when it comes to scale the search to what I needinstead of filtering through huge data by myself. Also, there is an option to save the searches so you can execute them later.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

As far as I can tell, the contact information is reliable, also someitmes the contact name and info are missing.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Hoover helped me to do researches and to better understand my sales market. All the information about revenue size of companies, industry make help me to be more strategic when it comes to sales. Also, thanks to the data, we are able to make better decisions when it comes to market coverage needs.
