What are the best aspects of this product?

With Hoovers I can quickly find website, a phone number, and email for the company I’m searching for. Its search engine tool is intelligent one and as soon as you start typing for a company it auto-populate with possible accounts you are searching for, and instantly provides headquarters location in first results.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

What I don’t like is the contact data that is provided by the system, because it’s usually old, expired or no longer with the company. I have found that it doesn’t provide accurate information when it comes to phone numbers.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I no longer have to spend great amount of time to search each company’s number, email, revenue size, employee number and headquarters location. We use this product on a daily basis and I can tell that it is very helpful one. It’s time-saving product after all.
