What are the best aspects of this product?

It runs on cloud so I can access this anytime anywhere. And since it runs on cloud it allows me to distribute online thru a 2 way integration. It is very easy to manage allotment and dynamic price in one platform. System has a slick UI and a very strong reservations management feature for guest profiling, task management, and rooms controlling. Reporting is so complex its powerful yet is very easy to understand. It's an all in one solution for Small to Medium Hotels.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Tho the system has a built in POS for small restaurants, a built in meetings and catering services will be awesome.

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

event sales and catering module.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

Channel Distribution, Rooms Controlling, and Task Management.
