All features of Hotelogix are usable, easy to understand and complete for hotel needed
besides that the account manager is really helpful, he assist us at the fastest and easiest way
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
The online channel mapped, there are some of OTAs could not mapped with the system, especially domestic OTAs in Indonesia
What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?
It would be great if you could add a feature where the accounting could work here (creating expenses, lost and profit, etc) as well

We are looking for a hotel management system which contain all features we need like frontdesk, POS, and Housekeeping, daily report and also the channel manager in simple form and easy to access
