What are the best aspects of this product?

They set up the system for you but it takes a long time

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

Support is very slow to fix any issues, you report an issue they say they will get back to you and can take days, especially on the weekend

What features/services would you like to see in future versions of this product?

better support better price

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

I went away from the hotel to have some time off with my family who i had not seen in a while, while i was away without any warnings or explanations they blocked access to the account, meaning my staff had t run the hotel without a PMS system basically running the hotel blind. I spent most of my vacation talking to my staff to help them resolve any issues. Despite speaking with many people in hotelogix and agreeing i would pay the bill on my return, they said they would unblock me but never did i lost 3 days of my holiday and staff were pulling there hair out not knowing what was going on or who had booked what room. My staff dont read english and rely heavily on the system i put in place

Regarding accounting, please be rest assured that our Accounts team has a set process in place to ensure a proper protocol is followed for minimal friction, in line with client’s best interest. The monthly bills are payable within specified timelines. The system continues to remind our customer for the overdue payments to avoid disruption of services. Unfortunately, your account was automatically blocked for non-payment. It was immediately restored when we got your mail. Though, it was a weekend, our support team was proactive in getting the service back on.


Total Customer Satisfaction is, and will remain our Prime Priority!
