What are the best aspects of this product?
The 24/7 live support :) We've been using Hotelogix for more than 3 years now. It is very helpful especially to us, Front Office people. Since as we all know most of us work 24 hrs. I mean we cover 24 hrs, and if we encounter problems with the PMS late at night or at critical hours, they are available to help us. And they are very prompt in addressing our concerns. And giving solutions to the problems we have been encountering in the past. And they are cloud based so we could check the system anytime anywhere as long as there is internet connection :)
