What are the best aspects of this product?
Hotjar does a good job gathering a plethora of useful data. You can see each user's interaction in the site, app, and even from their own devices. With this, you're able to acquire aspects of your product and assist your customers in so many ways. You can create surveys or polls. You can even track funnels of your preference and issues with forms.
What aspects are problematic or could work better?
There have been issues when trying to record events and keeping track of forms funnels via public login. You're not given the ability to record your forms if they're tucked away within the login.
What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?
With Hotjar, it's now possible for me to how people communicate via the apps and observe which funnel they're in. I also have the ability to see them step by step and look into any checkout issues they may have. This is a big boost in enhacing retentions and conversions without going through expensive research labs.
